Do NOT I repeat DO NOT consider this unprofessional company to install showers or mirrors. They do not have the right people working for them. Management is horrible!!! Kristina very rude and disrespectful. The way they install showers are very unsafe. If you want your shower up with double sided tape and silicone be my guest to use them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all….horrible company! I see why this company is a 2.9 star!

This is the most unprofessional glass company that I have ever encountered. We waited 5 months for our shower glass, which is only one panel, to be installed. Not only did they break the panel, but they left all of this glass is my bathroom and NEVER CAME BACK TO CLEAN IT UP! The time before this, they brought the wrong size panel. Do not use their services under ANY circumstances. They are completely rude, unprofessional, and untimely. I honestly don’t have the slightest clue as to how this company is still in business.

I’m not sure how this company is still in business!? After reading the previous reviews and experiencing their lack of professionalism, I just don’t understand how they are in business! I just moved into a brand new house, the builders set up an appointment for this company to come install my shower glass and my mirrors for two bathrooms. I took off today so I could be home when the crew arrived so they didn’t have to deal with letting themselves in. They called me at 10:55am letting me know they were about 30 minutes away. My plan was to let them in then go withdraw my kids from their old school which is an hour away, I had a 12-1pm appointment to do so. I waited over an hour before reaching out! I called the number they called me from, no answer! I text the number they called me from, it delivered to an iPhone, but no answer. I called the office and the lady was extremely sweet and as helpful as she could be! She did let me know that they were out on my street and should be here soon, I said ok I’ll give them more time. Two hours later, I’m getting more and more annoyed because I have things to do and I’m just sitting here waiting on these people to show up! I walk outside and

I made three appointments for their service, but they never showed up. The fact that these folks are still in business surprises me.

I moved into a brand new home and the mirror in one of my bathrooms was scratched. Arrow Glass Industries was supposed to replace the mirror. Traci, with Arrow Glass called me on 6/14/22 to tell me that she didn’t have the mirror but would call me in the next few days and schedule. She never called back. When I called her 4 days later she told me, “I had a guy almost cut his arm off today. I have other things to deal with today. Just text me your number and address and I will schedule you”. She texted me that she would be out 6/27/22 from 10-2. When they didn’t show up, I text her and she said that they should have already been there, and she was in a meeting and could not call. I talked to her on 7/6/22 and she was very rude. She put me on the schedule for today, 7/8/22 from 8-10 and they did not show again. Traci is very rude and unreliable.
